Here’s five things I’ve loved this week.
100 Happy Days is a project to help you document happy things in life, and to notice them more as a result. I’ve been doing it about a week or so over on my Instagram. You can do your own, really however you like! I am looking forward to looking back through my hashtag and seeing lots of happy.
Today’s Mum’s Bible Study was just so encouraging and just what I needed. I love how God knows and can time these things. Since we moved, church and our Mum’s Bible group have been my two favourite things and the words of other women in our group are so helpful. (We looked at this passage, amongst other bits. ) There may be more on the subject once I have gathered my thoughts!
I’ve found a few lovely UK blogs this week which I’m looking forward to following along with- this post on Snug reminded me that I want to start writing about what I’m reading again. I’ve been making more time to read lately and it’s refreshing!
I am loving following along with Makewells 365 challenge on Instagram, it’s so inspiring and the sketchbook pages she creates are so beautiful! It has me musing on what kind of challenge or project I could embark upon creatively to push myself to do more of what I love.
Listening to the God Centred Mom podcasts whilst I shower, or something in the morning has been so helpful and encouraging. This week I have been using the Colour Method in my Bible reading- using certain colours to underline certain themes and topics, which was mentioned in this podcast. I also snapped a photo of my Bible and notebook on Instagram if you want a quick reference to the colours!
Happy weekending- enjoy!
