It’s over half way through March! Spring is tantalisingly close- our skies flitting between blue and grey, with buds starting to unfurl further day after day as the spears of leaves are poking up from previously icy ground. Mother’s Day is less than two weeks away!
I’ve enjoyed some springtime painting and arranging some collections of cards and bits and pieces so here are some Mother’s Day cards and prints I’ve been working on. The watering can full of flowers I actually painted at the library in the middle of that walk I wrote about- just for fun but then I realised it might be sweet to turn into a card just for those mums.
The last verse of Proverbs 31 really helps me to focus on what matters and to remember what our priorities should be in our relationships with others too. The ideal Proverbs 31 woman can seem overwhelming- but it’s only by her relationship with God and getting strength from Him that she could even get out of bed in the morning. Beauty and posessions and life are transient but God remains faithful forever.
They’re all in my shop either under cards, or prints!
